Here Is The Story
Of A Man And His Grill

It all started about 11 years ago. I enjoy cooking outside and smoking meats and fish. I tried lots of different dry rubs and could not find one that I liked that would work for meats, fish, and vegetables. They all contained too much salt were too sweet or had lots of stuff in them that I could not pronounce or knew what they were.
So I started the journey to make my own. First I wanted to use only high-end spices (there is a big difference in taste between cheap and high end) and I did not want to use anything that I was not familiar with. So after lots of trialing and giving samples to my close friends to get their thoughts, the current product was born.
It has 12 different spices in it and no artificial flavors or preservatives that change the flavor. Now I hear stories that my rub is being used in everything from Bloody Mary’s to Popcorn! We use it on just about every dish we make at home. It takes the place of using salt and pepper with an enhanced flavor that just makes food so much better.
